All Mesciu Gigi made-to-measure garments are individually crafted by hand in Italy
specifically for each client. After full payment is received, please allow approximately
6–8 weeks for production and delivery.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in structure, drape, and measurements
may occur depending on fabric composition, construction, and artisanal finishing
techniques. Clients should allow for a tolerance of up to 1 cm.

Measurements are taken at the time of the initial fitting. Mesciu Gigi does not assume
responsibility for any changes in body measurements, fit preferences, posture, or sizing
that occur after the fitting has been completed. As such, Mesciu Gigi is not responsible
for alteration costs, fit issues, or remake requests resulting from changes in the client’s
measurements or preferences following order confirmation.

Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-measure garments, all sales are final.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted on made-to-measure pieces. Each garment is
custom-made exclusively for the individual client, unique to them, much like a
fingerprint.

In the rare event that a made-to-measure piece arrives with a production error or does
not conform to the confirmed order specifications, the client must first allow Mesciu Gigi
the opportunity to correct the issue through alterations, where reasonably possible.
Alteration shall constitute the primary remedy.

If alteration is not possible, Mesciu Gigi reserves the right to remake the garment.
Clients must allow up to 5 additional weeks for the remake process.

Should the remake exceed the additional 5-week period, Mesciu Gigi will reimburse the
client 10% of the garment’s purchase price for each additional week of delay, for
up to four weeks. If the replacement garment has not been delivered after this additional
month, the client will receive a full reimbursement for the affected piece.

All Mesciu Gigi garments are crafted in Italy by specialized artisans and workshops
using traditional tailoring techniques and carefully sourced materials. Production
timelines therefore reflect the time, precision, and hand-finishing required to create each
garment rather than mass-manufacturing processes.

Once completed, garments are shipped internationally from Italy. Mesciu Gigi is not
responsible for delays arising from customs inspections, import procedures, duties
processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our
control once a shipment has departed Italy. Delivery estimates should therefore be
understoodas approximate and may vary depending on destination country and
customs clearance timelines.

Any return requests must be authorized in writing by Mesciu Gigi prior to shipment.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
